We are lucky at Port Curtis Road SS to have a hard working and dedicated Student Council. They ensure that the student body's voice is heard and empowered, and that the best learning outcomes are achieved. Student Council plan and run events and fundraisers that assist the school and give the student's fun days to look forward to. The Student Council has successfully run events that engage and inspire our learners, as well as support our school and charities.
Each year the senior students are given an opportunity to run for the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Each of these unique roles teaches the students sets of skills that they can use throughout their schooling career.
